This is an animation of metallic text being produced by a machine. We started of this project by setting up the text, before adding materials. We added dynamic paint to the text and the machine, to make the machine look like it is creating the text. We then moved onto creating the particle systems to make particles be produced when the machine passes over the text. After all this we jumped into the node editor to set up the colors of the particles, making them glowing hot when they are first made. We also changed the text to be transparent before it has been passed over while we were there. All in all this project took about 30 minutes to create, and about an hour to render.
